GreenOffice Park 1 is developed and conceived from modern campus concept located in the 25-hectare BSD Green Office Park Tangerang – Gedung Green Office Park 1 GOP 1 resmi menjadi tuan rumah perhelatan lomba desain dan inovasi pembangunan berkelanjutan pada ajang GBC Ideas 2021 yang diselenggarakan Green Building Council Indonesia GBCI dan World Green Building Council WGBC. Ajang tersebut digelar secara hybrid yang dapat disaksikan melalui platform Zoom serta disiarkan secara langsung pada Kamis 11/11/2021 lalu di Gedung Green Office Park 1 GOP1, BSD City. GBC Ideas adalah kegiatan tahunan yang diadakan GBCI untuk kompetisi inovasi dan terobosan baru dalam pembangunan green building yang berkelanjutan. GBCI merupakan organisasi independen yang didirikan sejak 2009 oleh para profesional dan perusahaan terkemuka di industri bangunan di Indonesia. Juara pertama dari masing-masing kategori akan mendapatkan kesempatan untuk menampilkan ide dan karyanya dalam ajang International Conference on Advancing Net Zero’ yang diadakan oleh GBC Hong Kong. Seluruh peserta lomba yang berhasil melaju ke babak final mendapatkan hadiah berupa beasiswa penuh Greenship Associate dari GBCI.
